Three days live online, 17 to 19 November 2026. The Spotlight Summit gives the stage to people who already do the work and can prove it. Applications close 2 November. Tell us what you would stand up and say, and we read every one and reply either way.

What a speaker commits to

Read this before you apply

Thirty minutes live, plus questions. You speak live on your day, at the time you are given, then take questions from the room. You also record a backup video, so a bad connection never costs you the slot.
Your title, bio, photo and backup video arrive by 10 November. A slot without assets is a slot that gets given away, and the run of show locks on 13 November.
You bring your own room. One post, one round of stories, one LinkedIn post, one email to your list and ten personal messages. That is the whole ask, and you get the copy and the graphics ready to use.
You get a tracked link. Every registration that comes through you is counted and shown to you, so the work you put in is visible.
No music you do not own the rights to. The stream gets muted, and that is unrecoverable on the day.
You leave with your own clips. Your talk, cut for you, yours to use forever.

What would you say in your 30 minutes? * Your slot is 30 minutes live, plus 5 minutes of questions from the room. Tell us the one idea, and what someone does differently after hearing it.

What is the story you want to share? * The thing you lived, not the thing you researched. This is what a room remembers.

What is your movement? What are you trying to change, and who follows you into it?

What would you give the room beyond your talk? Something you can give in thirty minutes, free, to someone who asks.
